Alison Egerton joins the teaching team at The Textile Space and will be running the following workshop:
Pattern Cutting – from beginning to end!
March 17th and 18th 10am to 4.30pm
£148 including all materials
You will learn the process of producing a skirt block to your measurements and sew the toile making the necessary adjustments and learn how to change the line of the skirt. You will then make a skirt from your pattern and go home with the knowledge that you can adjust the pattern for any design you choose. We will be supplying all the dot and cross pattern paper, calico and tools needed to pattern cut. We will have a choice of fabrics and linings for you to make the skirt. I was very disappointed to be unable to attend the pattern cutting workshop – wrong dates for me. I hope that there will be an opportunity to attend a similar workshop sometime soon.
