Scroobius Pip describe their vocalist thus: “She has no right whatsoever to be as good as she is. It astounds me. Her writing is epic, her delivery piercing, and with the addition of her band her potential is realised. Inspirational.” Watch this space and we will reveal all!
Plus more music to be announced soon…

The Pallant House Gallery are also getting involved by supplying two artists that will team up with two Joy artists to provide Mural Painting Workshops. The inspiration for the murals will be taken from Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, two of Mexico’s most influential painters. This workshop will coincide with the Pallant’s exhibition of their work – the murals will be exhibited at the Gallery alongside these greats!!

There will be plenty more workshops that guarantee to keep young minds alive with creativity.
CABARET
The Dirty Cabaret will return bringing burlesque and blood, mischief and madness, darkness and delight!
Incorporating themes taken from the circus and fairground beneath the cover of darkness, Dirty Cabaret is a night of bands, burlesque and circus performance. Inspired by Tim Burton’s Red Triangle Circu’ from ‘Batman Returns’, Willy Wonka’s riverboat trip and ‘The Childcatcher from ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’, the evening brings these diverse influences together in a dizzying eruption of sound and colour.
