In association with Pallant House Gallery, sees the third year of the Open Art Competition in support of St. Wilfred’s Hospice in Chichester and sponsored by Outside In.

Now in its third year, the St Wilfrid’s Hospice Open Art Competition is a unique opportunity to gain exposure in a prestigious gallery whilst supporting a vital local charity.

The previous two competitions have attracted a total of 250 submissions of art works from 164 different artists, raising £6500, and we hope to build on this for 2011.

A selection panel will short list up to 60 works and from these, an exhibition of around 40 works will be curated and displayed at Pallant House Gallery from TUESDAY 31st MAY to SUNDAY 26th JUNE 2011.  A team of judges will select a first, second and third place from the exhibition as well as two highly commended works.
